I’ve been working to compile a list of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages along The Strip, including grab-n-go, casual dining, and upscale restaurants.
People reach out to me from all walks of life asking about visiting Vegas when they’re not drinking.
Sometimes they’re sober, but sometimes they’re not.
Sometimes they just don’t want to drink if they’re here for business, sometimes they’re on a diet, sometimes they’re sick, sometimes they’re pregnant, and sometimes they just are on a break from drinking.
A note: Vegas is always changing. I’ve tried to be as accurate as possible, but what’s available today may not be around tomorrow–so if you come across other great options please put them in the comments! I am sure at some point I’ll need to run a 2.0 version of this article. 😉
This guide will take you from the North End of The Strip down to the South End–hope you enjoy!
Fashion Show Mall: A Seasonal Italian Soda like the summer flavor of Blueberry…a classic Italian soda made with blueberry puree and garnished with fresh berries and Watermelon at Grimaldi’s or a Cantaloupe Aqua Fresca at Green Crush or a Matcha Red Bean Slush at Kung Fu Tea
The Palazzo: The Coco Leite (Coconut milk, pineapple, mango), the Watermelon Mojo (Watermelon, lime, guava), the Berry Smash (Muddled blackberry and raspberry, lime, sparkling water) or the Cucumber Refresher (Fresh cucumber juice, agave nectar, sparkling water) at Sushi Samba
Walgreens: Pick up a few to go items like La Croix, Vita Coco Coconut Water, Sanpellegrino Sparkling, or a Starbucks Refresher from their refrigerated section (and stock up to have a few in your room for later!)
The Cromwell: At brunch try the Dolce Vida (fresh orange, peach purée, blood orange syrup, elderflower tonic, club soda) or the Birdie (muddled strawberry & basil, Ceylon Gold Iced Tea, Giada’s Italian basil lemonade) at Giada

MGM: Crush has a really great nonalcoholic menu offerings that include the Blueberry Lemon Fizz (Blueberries, Agave Nectar, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sparkling Water) and the Cucumber Mule (Muddled Cucumber, Ginger Beer, Fresh Lime Juice)
As you can see–there are some really fantastic options for anyone who is sober, taking a break from drinking, or unable to drink during the travels to Las Vegas.
